Shipping & Returns
Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Ethical Beauty Market. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
The Ethical Beauty Market offers free standard shipping on all US ground orders over $75 after any discounts have been applied and before applicable taxes and shipping fees. For orders under $75, there is a flat fee of $5.50 per order.
Free standard shipping is not available to Hawaii or Alaska. Orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will ship via USPS Priority Mail and there is a flat fee of $15.00 per order. We offer expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail for a flat fee of $15.00 per order.
The Ethical Beauty Market is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are entirely unhappy with your purchase we are here to help.
We understand things happen so we will gladly exchange un-opened unused products in the original packaging within 14 business days from your online purchase. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs. The Ethical Beauty Market will only be responsible for the shipping cost if the wrong product was sent by mistake.
Your items will need to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for exchanges. List your invoice number and reason for the exchange. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your exchange after inspecting the item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit.
